I've been going to Auto Tech Centers for about 15 years. I had never had a problem, up until recently. I had a car that wouldn't start. I got it to start here at my work by rocking it back and forth. I went to Auto Tech, and they must have replaced everything! Well, it still didn't start.
I then ran into the service manager at a grocery store one afternoon. He asked how the car was doing, and I told him. We went out into the parking lot together to take a look. Again, it wouldn't start easily. The service manager reached down, fiddled with something, and started the car with no problems. It turned out to be a loose ground wire that probably could've been fixed quickly and for just a few dollars.
Even though that was an issue, I still know that I am treated well at Auto Tech Centers. They tend to prioritize well and greet you with real friendliness and warmth. I like that they know my name.
