I stopped by to see if they could work my vehicle in for an oil change. No problem, Zack said he could get it right in. That's great customer service.

Worst

I had to take my car back for a 2nd time for a problem I felt should have been fixed properly the first visit. Same problem....another charge. I was not satisfied.

Autosmart employee's honest and well trained! 8/27/2016

I brought my car in with a seruous computer problem and original parts were unavailable, but autosmarts owner and employee's found aftermarket parts and completed a extensive repair and the car runs better then ever! I won't take my car anywhere else! more

Air condition blower motor 7/10/2016

I'm a independent contractor contracted to a good business delivering to retail stores. Without air condition in the heat i could loose my contract if the load gets overheated. Called Scott and told him my problem and he called me back with the price and said to bring it in and the parts were there. Also i was out of work for 8 weeks and had to hire a sub to do my route or i would have lost it. Well I had 10,000 miles on my castrol edge and was concerned about sludge. The man the did my oil change told me the oil was dirty but no sludge. Now that's what i call a great oil. I was back on the road in a few hours and had air conditon once more. Scott always knows my Van is my living and gets it fixed and back on the road fast. I have been doing business with Scott for many years and I never have been down for more than a few hours. No one can be trusted more than Scott when it come to a good honest business. Your the best Scott. more

The staff is so friendly & will go out of their way to get you in as quick as the can & get the job done right. Auto Smart was recommended to me years ago & will not take my cars anyplace else! Very trustworthy people & business!!! Thanks Scott & staff!!! more

Usually great service but not at my recent service 6/25/2016

Usually I have a good service experience here but recently, a different oil type than I had requested was put in, there wasn't a next oil change sticker on the window, and my oil percentage wasn't reset. The thing that bothered me the most was that I asked for a certain group type of oil put in when I made the appointment on the phone and when I dropped my car off, and a different type was put in. more

The Fantastic Customer Service, and speed of service 6/1/2016

When I brought my truck in I thought my Transmission was shot, the mechanic came in and told me that it was just a missing screw, I was so excited. These guys take care of my entire fleet and they really ensure that my customers are safe with Triple B's Express. Very Much appreciated. more

Service 5/13/2016

Very impressed. We get all our vehicles services done here. Originally told it would take 2 hours, but they had vehicle ready to go in one hour! Great with me, especially just getting off work, having other things I need to be doing. I was thrilled to get going! more
