I've used the services of The Auto Shop for an emergency brake repair before a big trip. They are, by far, the BEST auto shop in the area! They were extremely courteous, the quality of workmanship was superb, the prices are fair and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end results. I can't say enough good things about this company and the workers that did the job. more

My transmission gave up on me in midtown. I did my research (rolled it into a secure lot). The next day I had my car towed to The Auto Shop. The driver knew exactly where this place was, and said he would have recommended it. Within 24 hours, the car was evaluated, and I had a quote for all of the work to be done. They gave me the option for a refurbished unit, or a Dealer certified unit. Both came with warranties. The work was done ahead of the time they quoted. The car is better than ever, and it was done for a fair price. Everyone was incredibly courteous and friendly. Overall a great value and excellent service. more

This is the 2nd time I have had to take my car into these guys. Both times I found them to be very helpful and up front with me. They made sure I knew exactly how much it was going to cost before they started the work so there were no surprises at the counter. They are always friendly and able to take a look at my car. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. more

When our car broke down I feared for the worst; a huge bill, weeks of no car, and many other little problems that arise along the way. The folks here completely surprised me when they had my car back to me in 2 days’ time in perfect working order. They luckily had the part they needed in the shop and could install it and run checks on it as soon as possible. So glad I have my car back again. more
