Disappointed in the final result. On 05/12/2014 I spent over $1800.00 to get my 2003 Dodge Caravan worked on. Twice they were told what I wanted and twice they failed to ""write everything down "" End result was not everything repaired. They also have a ""POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE ' of not ordering any parts needed until AFTER they receive the vehicle on the appointed date and time. This resulted in an additional three days of rental because they were delayed in obtaining parts. The work they did perform so far is satisfactory. They are in Cranston not Providence \r \r more

Fantastic Job, Done better then I expected 6/16/2011

I brought a 67 Fastback Mustang to Auto Rust. They did an excellent job. I spent close to $8000 with them. They finished under budget, and within 2 months, I had heard ""there expensive but good"" and its true. Plan to spend to get the job done right. If you have champagne taste, and a beer budget, find a back yard hacker to do a gaff n go job. This is not the first project car I have done. The last one was in a body shop for over 1-1/2 years, and was not done properly. I wasted a lot of money there. Should have just went to Auto Rust Technicians first. It would have saved me thousands more
