Best repair shop in town 11/24/2015

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Had vibration accelerating uphills on Volvo wagon. New axle installed and lower control arm and now vibration free. Excellent troubleshooting and the loaner car was a real bonus. Thx!! more

Complete satisfaction 11/16/2015

I have brought my three vehicles in for service repairs and have never been dissatisfied with the results. Will keep bringing my vehicles and the customer service is outstanding. Lori always greets everyone with a smile and welcomes you like family. The staff is very helpful whether a ride is needed to and from work or a loaner car is required for the day. Thank you to Andy and all the employees for being there when needed. more

I went to Auto Repair Technology simply to get my Ohio E-Check. However, my truck had a sensor out and I failed the test. The folks at Auto Repair Technology were great about explaining the problem and fixing my truck in a timely manner! Everyone was very polite and patient with me. more

I am very pleased with the service that I received being that this was my first visit to this facility. Everyone was friendly that I spoke to. Some places that I have been to you can just feel rushed or that they really don't care they just want you in and out, with this place I didn't feel that way. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle as well as sending a report of the vehicle through text and email. I will be recommending this place to anyone that needs any service done in the future. more
