My experience at Autopros 2/18/2014

My experience at Autopros was great. These guys really worked with me and my situation. I am pleased with my new Vehicle a 2006 Buick Lacrosse CX and I have been in contact with Mike and Bob to see how I like the way my vehicle. The process was easy and the dealership is clean and family friendly. These guys have changed the old cliche that you can't trust a car saleman. So far I love my new purchase and I thank Mike and Bob for making that happen. I recomment EZ Autopros for people who want quality and good customer service. more

I dealt with Mike 2/7/2014

I dealt with Mike most but the entire staff was a help at some point during my multiple visits there. They beat my credit union on financing, even though my credit wasn't a pretty number to hear. They were accommodating when I wasn't sure which car I was interested in. I drove a couple of them and they were patient with me about the whole thought process. Buy from who you want to, but see them or you're doing an injustice to yourself!! more

I went to so many car 1/30/2014

I went to so many car lots looking for the right car and someone that would finance me for what I was needed. I spent hours and hours in diffrent dealers and everyone was rude and wouldnt listen to what I needed and only wanted to sell me vehicles that would put the most money in their pockets. I know my credit wasnt the best to be dictating what I was asking for but I do have a family of 6 and needed somehting reliable that would last for a few years. At Autopros everyone was understanding and more than a pleasure to work with. They made the process so easy too!!! I was in and out withing just 2 hours!!! Compared to many other dealers which were 6-7 hour long process. I ended up buying a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, which fit my family comfortably, Provided me with service records and a accident free car fax :) best of all the van only had 37k miles on it!!! I plan on keeping this car untill it is paid off and then comming back and trading it in for something even better!!!!! more

I bought an excellent 2009 1/24/2014

I bought an excellent 2009 Ford Taurus from Auto Pros for a great price. The car came with a "50/50" 30 day/1,000 mile warranty. When driving it home, the only thing I noticed was some shaking in the front wheels when braking at 50+ mph speeds. I called Mike Roth (the owner) about it; he said the front rotors probably needed re-surfacing (having had quite a bit of experience with cars, I knew he was probably right). He said, take it to your mechanic, have them fix it and send me the bill and I'll repay you. So a few days later I took it to my mechanic for normal servicing; sure enough, it was the rotors (everything else was perfect). I called back Mike and told him, he offered to pay but I told him not to because the cost wasn't that much. Mike is a solid guy and really cares about the cars he sells and his customers. more

My wife 1/23/2014

My wife and I were searching for over a month for a Ford Edge. We found an 08 Limited at Autopros via cars.com. Mike (owner) helped set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle after work. Everything that Mike told me about the vehicle was true! Mike also allowed my mechanic to thoroughly inspect the vehicle for purchasing. A new battery was needed and was replaced the same day. I bought the vehicle the next night and love it!! more
