Had numerous issues going with an oil leak on my car. Took it several places to get an estimate and these guys were the cheapest AND I was able to use one of their free loner vehicles while they fixed my car. Professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Will be using their services again. more

I can't say enough great things about Auto Pros. This is the only place I will take my car and the only place I recommend to friends. Gary and his staff are friendly, honest, trustworthy and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. They stand behind everything they do. I would stay away from this shop as they have poor customer service and rude. Gary is very defensive and wont admit when they make a mistake. They will just double charge you to fix the problem again or blow you off. more

We are a family of seven with six vehicles. Some of them have over 200,000 miles. We have been going to Auto Pros for over 6 years. At Auto Pros they keep track of each vehicle and what has been done and what should to be done in the future. I don't like to spend the money until I need to. Gary always lets me know what the options are: (that tire is not safe on the front, but you could run it on the rear for another 6-8 months). I have too many good experiences to document here, but I am glad to have Auto Pros keeping our vehicles safe and reliable at fair prices. more

I have always had extremely honest and respectful service at Auto Pros. I have had service to my vehicle (which is both an import and a diesel..and they can handle it expertly) and was extremely pleased with the thorough explanations and courteous treatment. I discovered a problem with my tail lights and turn signals right before a holiday weekend. Several of my friends recommended Auto Pros of Chaska because their service is top-notch and honest. Gary personally explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand. As a woman I really appreciate that. I have a Nissan XTerra. I took it to a Nissan dealer in Mpls to check the brakes & shocks as things were squeaking. They called me 3 hours later with a $2500 ""must do"" estimate. Uhhh.... what?? They told me the exhaust manifold was leaking in 2 places and would be $1500 to repair. Add brakes, transmission flush, power steering hose leak and a $219 electronic repair I didn't know I needed and it added up to the $2500. Shocks could wait they said, this was critical. I took it to AUTO PROS OF CHASKA. I told them the same thing I told Nissan about brakes & shocks. The manager (or owner?) Gary called me with the estimate. Just under $250 for new brakes. Shocks were fine, I was just hearing the brakes he was sure, so I didn't need those. The rear brakes also had several miles left on them. I mentioned about the exhaust manifold. He said they detected a small leak on the right side, but nothing serious. Would be $281 to REPLACE (note.. not fix!!) it, and he'd handle it if I wanted him too. WOW - what a difference from Nissan. They were going to rip me off. Thanks Auto Pros. Highly highly recommended. As a female it is especially important to know I can take my car to someone I trust. These guys are awesome. These guys are the greatest. I had been told by a tire store and a brake place that I needed over $1,000 worth of work. I talked to Gary at Auto Pros and the checked my car, a Lexus ES300. By the time I was done, Auto Pros told me I only needed a small part of what the other 2 said I did, and the total bill for the repair was under $400. Can't believe some are sooooo honest and some others aren't. These guys are at theTOP of my Christmas list. THANKS AUTO PROS!!!! Pros: They're the greatest!! more
