Auto Expert repairs and auto maintenance are outstanding. I have been a customer for a couple of years now, and I have always received outstanding service. I am also pleased with the cost. I recommend Auto Expert to any one who is seeking a reliable mechanic. This owner knows his trade and takes pride in his work. I am currently being serviced by Auto expert, and once again I am pleased with my service. I intend to continue to do business with them on all my cars. more

SHADY SHOP! STAY AWAY! 6/8/2013

I came in for new tires at 9 am. They said it would only take an hour. After they had already put my car on the lift and taken my old tires off, they told me that the new tires weren't coming in . They said they would need to keep my car overnight. I told them to please find some other tires. When they finally found the tires and put them on it was around 2:30 pm. Then when I got home I saw that they damaged EVERY one of my rims! I had to call everyday for two weeks, and threaten to take this to court to get them to finally replace the damaged rims. And to top it all off, after they put my rims on, they told me I need new brakes. They said my front brakes were totally gone. I took my car immediately to the dealership and they showed me my brakes were all good. My brakes were nowhere near needing replacement! I am reporting Auto Expert to the BBB. I will NEVER take my car there again! more

Best Auto Experience Ever! 12/15/2012

I was there for service just yesterday. The owner Manny, is so personal and professional. He always remembers me when I come in. They picked me up from work & dropped me off while they worked on my car on another visit. That type of service is something I would expect from a bigger company like a dealership so I thought it was great that they would do this being a small business. I love that they have a website were I can keep track of my maintenance. I'm not great at keeping paperwork so this helps me remember what I need to do with my car since I don't have my dad around to do it for me anymore. Their prices are very reasonable. They are the ONLY company I have ever gone to where I didn't feel like they were trying to get over on me with repairs because I was a girl. I think TRUST is the biggest reason why I go to them. I actually trust them both in their skills and their ethics. That speaks volumes! I would definate refer them! I only heard about them because of a great deal on Groupon just over a year ago when they were brand new & I am so glad I did. :-) B.Lewis more

Never fixed my brakes after coming back 6 TIMES 10/8/2012

After coming back 6 tmes to the shop the brakes continued to have a high pitch squeak to them. After talking to SEVERAL other shops they told me that the shop HAS to fix the issue because it was not doing it before, well they have yet to fix it. more

Friendly, fast, trustworthy! 8/29/2012

I brought my car in for an oil change using a Groupon. The owner and technicians were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is typically not the case for me at other auto shops (especially since I'm a female). Although they notified me of some other services that I might need, they didn't pressure me into thinking that the services were absolutely necessary at that very moment, which I like. Instead they printed off a list for me to take with me and think it over. I plan to take my car back to them and to refer my friends to go there as well. more

Fleet Service 8/3/2012

We have just begun utilizing them for our fleet service and so far we have had good success. They have gone above and beyond to be accommodate our schedule keeping our trucks in the field. We are currently running 20 trucks out this location and if things continue going well we will continue using their services as we expand. more

I won't be returning 7/27/2012

I took my vehicle in there to have some new gauges installed and figure out why the horn is not working. gauges may be working, but do not light up when the headlights are on. they found an "extra" wire they think may go to the speedometer, so they didn't bother to actually attach the speedometer just the wires they knew where they went. im not sure if they even looked at the horn problem. In my opinion I spent $240 to store my vehicle in a garage for a week. more
