We had a great experience with Leith Kia of Wendell. Jim Lovelace was very helpful. I started looking for a new Sorento back in November of 2009. I went to Leith Kia of Wendell dealership and rode through the parking lot and Jim met me before I got out of my car. I told him what I was looking for and gave him my name and phone number to call me when he located a vehicle for me. He called me within 2 days but I could not make a decision then and told him I would be back in touch later. I had some medical issues and did not feel like I could purchase a new vehicle at the time so Jim and I kept in touch, I would go by the dealership and look at the new cars but I could not decide. Finally one Saturday morning my husband and I left home to go to the GROCERY store for Cat food. I decided to stop yet once again and look at the Sorento, Jim was there he talked me into a test drive, that was it.......We went back to the dealership and I bought a New 2011 Sorento. My hat goes off to him for being patient with me and not forgetting what I was looking for, This was my SECOND KIA Sorento from this dealership and I would not shop anywhere else. I have nothing but great things to say about the employees at Leith Kia of Wendell. They are not the pushy type salespeople you run into at other dealerships.......... I went there to buy a car i do have the best credit yet working on it i bought a 2007 Envoy from another dealer in Nov 2008 wanted to buy one from Auto park east they ck my credit and sent me on my way . They did not bother to try to get my business They were very rudd I pay all my bills on time never late when they turned me down i went home called Americredit the lein holder on the 2007 they would have been happy to have my business and they would have financed me if AUTO PARK EAST would have taken the time to try they did not more
