This was the first time that I had taken my car to Auto One Service Center. I really appreciate their honesty. Dennis and Lee were upfront with me about what needed to be fixed and what didn't. I went in thinking that a lot more was wrong with my car, but they explained the issues and gave me advice and basically kept me from doing what I thought needed to be done which saved me a whole lot of money. I trusted what they told me based on their expertise. From experience, I can say that it's really hard to find a loyal mechanic, well I don't have to look any further, I've found mine, for as long as I'm stationed here. more

Auto One Service Center does all my work. I've been going there for awhile, and they are some good working people. They work with you, and are patient. They explain what they are doing, and just do what you need. They don't do things for commission. Auto One Service Center does good clean work. They are trustworthy, and I trust them with all my vehicles. more

The service at Auto One Service Center is awesome. They are a very good repair shop that took very good care of us. I've been going there for about two years to have my car repaired several times. I first heard about Auto One Service Center through word of mouth, and have passed them along as a recommendation myself. They are an honest organization. more

I have used Auto One Service Center a few times. They have replaced some small bulbs on the car, given me an oil change and a transmission fluid change, and this last time they replaced the battery. Everything has been fine; they were pretty simple procedures. Their rates are very reasonable. Unlike a lot of places that charge a minimum of an hours labor, Auto One prorates their service. They have a lower hourly rate than the dealers and most independent shops anyway, but they also make it more reasonable by not charging a minimum rate. Steve Crandall more

Auto One Service Center is quick and very reasonable in their prices. I usually go there with anything that I need. I have gone there asking for advice, and they have been good about telling me what needed to be done on the car for its routine maintenance. I bought a used transmission with a year warranty, and they installed it for me. They searched for the best price on the transmission for me, and they got it done even earlier than I expected. They tested it before they gave it back. It ran great when I got it, and has been working great ever since. I have used them ever since they opened. I think they are excellent all the way around. I would highly recommend them. So far I haven't had any problems with any of their work. more
