Truck Maintenance 9/22/2013

They let you know when checking your vehicle, the items that will or are needing maintenance. They also help you prioritize with estimated cost for budgeting. We had two items needing attention on our 1999 4-Runner, with getting the estimates, we were able to budget and get the repairs done, before any major issues arose down the road. This last repair - Struts/Shocks, was fast. I scheduled the appointment, they had the parts and within about 2 hours the work was complete. We are very happy with the Service received. more

You guys are great! I had a dead battery one morning, AAA got me started but recommended a new battery....AAA doesn't carry the battery for my Honda Fit....so I called Auto Detective.....you were able to order the battery and install it same day! I am so happy with your service every time I need you and I tell everybody!!! more

Honest Excellent Service 9/14/2013

Normal scheduled services are done quickly but where they have really helped me out is when something unexpected breaks. They have always managed to get me in, find out what the problem is, and get it fixed in a timely manner. I have checked a few times and they are a bit cheaper than the dealer, do better work, and are certainly quicker. more

Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction 9/10/2013

I recently got new brake pads on my 2004 Volvo. The mechanic also discovered a bad wheel bearing which needed replacing. The work was done well and the final price was below the estimate. The mechanics and technicians are top notch and Kirk and Wes in management are always courteous and helpful. more

Gratitude 9/5/2013

109 degrees outside and dead battery at 4:40 pm.. Kirk and staff quickly served this lady in distress with skill, kindness and speed working late to replace battery. Pleasantly,I learned that my old battery was under warranty ( I never would have known when last one was installed). Kirk's integrity made this exchange a financial blessing. Why wouldn't-others chose automotive Detective?? Can't imagine..... more

The service at AMD was fabulous as usual! Wes called me ASAP inthe morning to find out the problem since my car had to be towed to the shop overnight and they ordered a battery from Nissan and had it done and installed within hours! more
