Best service I have had 11/24/2005

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. This was the first Mercedes I have bought and the service at Ewing Autohaus lives up to the name. Not only did I receive an up front price, but the service from start to finish was great. I cannot recommend them enough. more

Too snobby 9/23/2005

I've visited this dealerhisp on a number of occasions, and quite frankly, I am not very happy with their service. I understand that it is a high end automotive dealership, but that does not give them any excuse for them to act like they do.I'm sure they have lost many a sale due to their lack of service. If you choose ot buy a mercedes, spend an extra 10 minutes of driving and go somewhere like Park Place, where they offer everyone good service. more
