I have been muhammed's customer for the past 3 years and have not been receiving discounts when I bring my car for service. I cannot time my visits for the coupons you send in the mail. I would appreciate the discounts at the time of service. more

I very much appreciate the fact that when I brought my vehicle for services deemed necessary by other providers, Auto Mechanic Service Plus informed me that these particular fluid changes were not needed at this time.These services could be done if I cared to spend the money but my car would be fine until my next major service in 15,000 miles. Thank you for your honesty. more

I called in on a Tuesday for routine maintenance. Got a Wednesday appointment (before July 4). When I drop my car off at 7:15am told them I had overbooked myself. Unfortunately only had an hour between 2-3pm to pick up. What could I do? Was told they would try to have the car ready and they did! more

I have been to Muhammed several times over several years and have always thought that they were the rarest of mechanics--both honest and competent. Sometimes you can find one attribute or the other, but seldom both in the same place. Not the cheapest place around, but not the most expensive either. more

Muhammed has always done very good. In addition, they stand behind their work. For example, they replaced my ball joints two years ago. Recently it was discovered that one was becoming loose. It is unusual for only one to wear out and in such a short time. Although it was undoubtedly because of a bad part, the manufacturer said it was beyond warranty. However, Muhammed informed me that they would replace it free of change, even though I didn't even ask. more

Had my routine oil change.Appointment setting was easy, I was dealt with promptly upon arriving, waiting area is clean and pleasant, staff are courteous and informative, and work is always done quickly, thoroughly and efficiently.It s so great to have a mechanic I can trust.Muhammed and his staff are great and Auto Mechanic Service plus rocks!!!! more
