Honest and professional 4/12/2012

I have hated dealing with car repair shops because I never know if they are trying to sell me something I don't need or something more than I need but I TRUST this shop. We have been coming here for about a year now and they do not try to oversell you on repairs you don't need. We will sometimes go somewhere else for a second opinion and always end up coming back here to get the work done because they are reasonably priced and have been good at diagnosing problems. My dad's a mechanic out of town so I always double check with him on things before paying for repairs and he has been impressed with how well they seem to know what they are doing and how honest they are. I would highly recommend Auto Max. more

Honest Auto Shop! 11/28/2011

Being a lady and having to find a place to take my car where I could trust the shop is very important to me. Auto Max was recommended to me by a friend and I will never regret the decision to bring my autos to them. Roxanne and Marv are the greatest. I stopped at a dealership and they recommended over $700 of work that needed to be done to my car. I took my car to Auto Max and Roxanne and Marv checked the car out and said that most of that stuff could wait, it didn't NEED to be done right now. Walked out under $100, with what was necessary. I trust them with all of my cars and have recommended them to many others. more
