After having my SUV in and out of the dealers, various mechanics performing a ""band aid"" job on my car, and out of pocket thousands, a great friend of mine recommended the mechanic at Auto Haus. My car was less than reliable and I needed someone to fix everything so I felt safe driving it again. The moment I dropped my car off I knew this mechanic was different. He didn't try to take advantage of me being a female that was clueless when it comes to cars. He was straight up honest and understood my ignorant way of explaining abnormal noises and characteristics coming from my car. He was sympathetic to the amount of money I had poured into my car recently and the estimate he gave me to fix everything was less than one visit to the dealer fixing only one thing! He kept in constant contact with me for the next day and a half about what he was finding wrong. When I went to pick up my car, he showed me all the old parts that were replaced (a plus in my eye for peace of mind that it's not just another ""Band Aid"" job) and explained in great detail what he fixed. The price was LOW and the labor cost was VERY LOW. I paid more at the dealer for one fuse to be replaced and here I had 16 different items replaced on my car, including brakes! He even gave me a years warranty on the parts he replaced. I am happy to say that my car is running better than when I bought it brand new! He worked his magic! He called me the next day to see how everything was and to thank me for my business. The customer service at Auto Haus is FIRST CLASS! I will NEVER bring my car to anyone else! I have found my lifelong mechanic! I have gushed about how wonderful my experience was to everyone I know and now they all have adopted Auto Haus as their new mechanic! If you want your car fixed fast, for a great price, and by an honest and reliable mechanic with the best customer service, then take your car to Auto Haus!
