Our warranty: A warranty sticker will be placed on the top right corner of the new windshield. Costumers should keep this sticker in order to exercise their rights under this warranty. We warrant the installation of your windshield or rear window for as long as you own the vehicle. This means that your new windshield or rear window will be properly installed and sealed by an experienced technician. It will not leak unless it is broken or the car rusts around it, in which case there is no coverage under the warranty.

If our original work needs adjustment, we will do it at no cost to you. At Auto Glass Express, we believe our costumer's satisfaction is our top priority, and we are ready to stand behind our work and to stand behind you, our customer.

Warranty in Bonded Glass parts: Does not cover breakage or damage that may occur due to vandalism, theft, "acts of God," owner negligence or self-inflicted damage. Should any defect occur, we will supply and install all necessary parts free of charge. The sealing of any windshield is guaranteed, with the exception of leakage due to the vehicle's body or rust deterioration.

Moving Door Glasses, Vent Glasses, Quarter Glasses, etc. are guaranteed against manufactured defects in materials and workmanship. Electrical and/or mechanical parts are not covered, unless these parts are installed new by Auto Glass Express.

In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, all you need is your proof of purchase, or to show the warranty sticker placed on the top right corner of the replaced windshield. Our technicians will correct the defective glass or defective workmanship without charge.
