For example, they assisted me in buying the car I have now and helped to make sure it was running smoothly for me. Their estimates are usually spot on or even a little less, but if it's going to go over the estimate quoted, they always check with you before going ahead with the work. They are fast and efficient. I have been going to The Auto Doctor for a couple of years. My car is about 12 and half years old, and they have taken great care of it. Specifically, when there are things that need done and I do not have time to have it all done at once, they will actually do the work in phases. So, they will do the most critical things first then the second most important thing, and so on. They give me a sense of priority. They also take my car when I go away. I can leave my car at their shop. They are great about taking care of my car and then either returning to my home or someplace we agree upon. Their attention to detail and customer service is great. They are very friendly and they are great diagnosticians. When I bring my car in, I just tell them what I am experiencing or I ask them to take a drive with me, and they make recommendations and give me a call letting me know what they think it is. And, they will usually talk amongst themselves first to determine what the problem is and how it should be solved. They are great to work with. more
