well, where to start. went to get my vehicle repaired a couple years ago. it took them three weeks to repair everything, did not provide a rental. when i got it from them, about 10 miles down the road the oil light comes on and i take it into a service shop. huge oil leak, apparently they forgot to put a seal on before they put on a gasket. oil was all over my engine and engine parts. took it back, they first tried to refuse that it was their doing. until i explained to them that they repaired the gaskets, they caused the leak. this time, took another three weeks to conduct the repairs, still no rental car. when i finally got the car back, the oil light was still on and when i asked about it, they said and i quote. ""we dont know why the oil light wont turn off, there is plenty of oil in it and we cant find any leaks."" here i am two years later finding out why that light is still on today. the light does not indicate that i am low on oil. that light indicates that the oil pressure is low. the oil pressure is low because they forgot to replace an oil plug. i believe autocraft scams insurance companies. autocraft submits a repair ticket to the insurance company, the insurance gives them the money for the repairs, and then autocraft does the bare minimum to get your car running again. i feel they do not make sure your car is running properly. my car only has 58000 miles on it and i have to now do repairs to it that would be considered 150000 mile problems. thanks autocraft for your shotty work performance. more

First of all, it took them almost three weeks to repair the hail damage on my car last fall, and when I picked up the car I found scratches in the paint over the entire vehicle including the new paint on the roof and on the hood. When they saw it, they tried to make every excuse in the book to not have to fix it. They finally gave in and offered to buff out the scratches. After picking the car up the second time, there were still scratches in the paint. Unbelievable. Don't take your car to AutoCraft! more

The problem i have is that they charged my insurance close to 8000 dollars when i got the truck back the tailgate did not match the rest of the of the truck thats jst one thing the clear coat has a to of trash in it, your can see the cross hatching in the body filler along the bed the back of the cab still doesn't match the rest of the truck some parts of the front don't match. The way i see it for 8000 dollars they could have done away better job. I'm sure they have a quality control maybe they was away the two weeks they had the truck.
