Great Service and Repair, Honest and Affordable 5/19/2013

DO NOT BUY A CAR OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT GERMAN AUTOHAUS, INC. THEIR CARS ARE JUNK AND SOLD ENTIRELY TOO HIGH. ONE CAR COULD EVEN MAKE IT FROM SMYRNA TO 285 WITHOUT BREAKING DOWN. AND THEY SAY THEY WORK ON AUDI, VW AND BMW, BUT DON'T HAVE THE EQUIPMENT OR COMPUTER PROGRAM TO BE ABLE TO WORK ON THESE CARS. THEY BASICALLY WORK ON MERCEDES AND THEN THEY GET MISSED DIAGNOSE, PARTS THROWN AT THEM AND YOU END UP GETTING A BIG BILL AND YOUR CAR STILL IS NOT FIXED. OH, AND THEY ARE REAL GOOD AT GIVING YOU A LOW ESTIMATE AND THEN WHEN YOU PICK YOUR CAR UP THE BILL IS MUCH HIGHER THAN YOU WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD. AND DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAR THEIR, THEY WILL PUT A 25 DOLLAR A DAY STORAGE FEE THAT YOUR UNABLE TO PAY AND BASICALLY THE OWNER STEALS YOUR CAR OR ROBS PARTS OFF OF IT WHILE IT IS THEIR. HE WILL TELL YOU, OH IT'S OK DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT STAYING THERE UNTIL YOU CAN FIX. DON'T BELIEVE THAT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS NOTHING BUT A PICK RIP OFF!!! more

The owner name is Keith, he is a HUGE LIAR, and deceived me out of $3400. After he took advantage of me, he stop retuning my calls. I called from my wife phone and he picked up. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. more

German auto haus the most honest dealer ever 5/5/2011

I have purchased a used 1990 Mercedes from 550 miles away from Smyrna Ga.\r I only viewed pictures on line and spoke to Kieth and Dana about it..\r This dealership most be the most honest,sincer reliable of any dealers I have aver dealt with in my 71 years of living.\r When I received the car ,(21 years of age) it was 200% better than expected.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Keith and Dana for theyr up most honesty. more

**DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM GERMAN AUTOHAUS INC*** \r I recently purchased a used diesel Mercedes from this dealer. The owner, Keith Akhlaghi, told me that the vehicle was in excellent condition and that he restored the vehicle himself. He also specifically said that he put in a new AC compressor in the vehicle. The air conditioning failed within 24 hours and the vehicle was smoking. I was barely able to drive the vehicle back to the dealership and Keith ignored my phone calls. He said write down what is wrong and well take care of it. I got a call a day later with a huge bill of repairs needed. Keith Akhlaghi refused to pay to fix the car that he falsly represented. \r \r This is a dishonest dealership that does not stand behind their word run by a dishonest owner. Please DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE and save your self the nightmare I have been through.\r more
