I am AAA member, and got into a pretty bad accident. they were there with in 15 min. they towed my car and drove me to a rent a car place. they were very professional at what they do, def recommend!!! more

Customer service? Yea if that's what you want to call it I guess...its horrible, and apparently with my situation I needed to talk to the guy in charge because he is the only one who could help me....which I understood, only problem is...he's never there, I seriously called and stopped by everyday for over a week, never there. I left messages asking him to call me, and that I stopped by...never heard from him. They just overall seem like they don't care and they will sell your car to an auction just to get the money for it. Worst decision I ever made. more

The car was having some problems and we called AAA. They sent us Auto Aide Towing. We have AAA for the piece of mind that when something bad happens on a trip they surround their services with good qualified operations. They picked us up took us 4 exits and David told Jeff ( we could hear the conversation taking place on the phone) we are to busy to take them all the way home now. Drop them on the next exit and have AAA send another towing company. We waited on the side of the road for over an hour for the next company to pick us up from 20 miles away. They left a woman and 2 children 5 and 13 on the side of the road alone. Do not use this company. I will get them kicked off the AAA program if it is the last thing I do. Avoid this towing company at all costs. Poor response time, poor service all around and poor knowledge of the 'service' they provide. Had to refer to another company for accurate advice and was told the recommendation provided by Auto Aide was, quote: 'bulls&*t'. Sad. Cons: Poor service, poor response time, lack of knowledge... sad. more
