Austin's Park & Pizza

Well took the family on 4/9/11 thinking it would be great fun, but instead was a total waste of $70.00..where should I start..Well walked in..front desk wasnt very much help nor the fact that one of the female employees grabbed anothers breast in front of my kids while talking to us..Went for food first..salad bar was a joke as it was as warm as it was outside. Pizza crust was as hard as a rock and the drink straws were 4 inches long for a cup that was inches tall..when we asked a employee if they had longer straws they said they didnt know. Went to find a table to eat at but the empty tables were covered in food and took around 15 minutes to get someone to clean one off so we cleaned it ourself. Half the arcade games were broken or you had to buy tokens to play the ones that were not broken..go figure..The bathrooms were nasty...truck stop bathrooms are cleaner then these not to mention the god awful smell... The only part that was some what fun was the putt putt golf..but not worth what we spent.. If I had to recommend this place I would say go to Gattiland..at least you get what you pay for there.. Their television rooms have large TV's and it's alot cooler inside...Will NEVER..I say NEVER go back to this place..They need to fire everyone there and start over..My 4yr old could run the place better. more

Took our three kids there on Sunday, 2-6-2011. Oldest it 1 inch into the $20 rate yet will not drive the cars alone so why not $10 like the younger ones? Can over look that to a degree but seriously. more

It is a great way to spend a family day out. It gives quite a bit of entertainment for kids and parents. It is very much worth the money because kids can play there forever! We enjoy taking our children to this establishment and it's the only place in town like it. The staff is friendly and there is always hot pizza out on the buffet. We had our son's birthday party here as well. They do an excellent job! Pros: Great food, fun for the family more

Austin Park owner/s, if you wish to stay in business with repeat customers please clean house with a new management staff and employees. Also, you need a better phone system for inquiries, the message person voice is not friendly. In addition, please read all the complaints about your business and take to heart these concerns, if you do not address it you will be as those businesses that went out of business. Your intensions is good by hiring teenagers but, without proper supervision teenagers can ruin a business... they play; they are unconcerned about helping; they don't care how food is prepared and they are not vested in the business. Hire a consultant firm to do inservice meeting to address issues that concern the business and guest. Austin need a business such as yours but, they don't need a money pit for guest. Close your doors for two days and fix the problems with non-working equipment and unsanitary restrooms, floors and kitchen/food areas. Saw the all day price and thought there must be a catch. It covers food, video games,rides but Batting cages and some games cost extra. over all agreat deal stayed 8 hours with 2 kids for under $75.00. Staff very friendly and food was good ... Kiddos had a blast..We brought a new kid that just moved to Texas and he loved it!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: so many things to do more

Went on a Monday which is 50% military discount day. We had to get drinks to get a discount and they only discounted the weekend rate of 21.95 not the Monday rate of 13.95. Some thanks for our heros huh. In the end we saved 1.13 per admission for the 3 of us off the regular admission. The food was horrible. It wasn't even busy and in an hour we rode the go carts twice. The kiddie park is a joke. Really take your family elsewhere especially if your military or support the military. This place is so dirty, broken down and should be condemned. Why the city food inspector doesnt shut the place down is unknown.....perhaps bribes are easy in pflugerville, or maybe this place is out in the county and no one inspects it. Most if not all of the :free games, rides, etc are broken...if the kids running the place had not emptied his guts on my shoes I would have probably stayed longer to my dismay....by the way, you cant give it no rating, so I gave it five stars to get my rating to the top Pros: the gum I stepped on came off within 30 minutes Cons: going through the front door more

Went with my girlfriend for the first time on a Friday night because we had a buy one package get on free. Unlimited everything. Went to the race car video games and every one I tried was broken. On one, the steering wheel was barely attached. The minature golf was the only thing I liked, but there were no score cards anywhere. They ran out. Pros: Minature golf fun. Beer cold. Cons: Everything else. more

Boy do I feel stupid, arrived here about 2pm on Sunday paid over $100 for 3 kids unlimited and me and wife just food and games. The games were either broken or a line to play, go carts slow and a 1 hour wait, laser tag, 1 hour wait, golf again had to wait. The food area had so many dirty kids with there hands all over EVERYTHING. Boy do I feel stupid spending this kind of money. more

Our experience was great for my older children that can drive the cars and bumper boats. Paying for my 3,4 and 5 yr. olds was a waste of $45 since they can't ride much and playing golf is too structured for a smaller child. Paying for myself was a waste as well since my kids were too small, I couldn't take them on anything. No one lets you know these things prior to purchase. The pizza is bare and not that great, video games that are free are always broken. We will be going out for our 5th visit regardless,,,my older children love the laser tag and the cars, plus they'll eat anything. If they like it, I love it. Pros: older children love the rides, laser tag. They feel independent. Cons: Nothing for the younger children, tell customers when they pay for a two yaer old that they can't ride. more

I went to Austin's Park with my family last weekend and it was the most fun we had in a long time. There was something for everyone, even my husband enjoyed it. My husband and my son had a blast on the go karts, and the best part was they could ride as many times as they wanted, we didn't have to pay extra or buy any other packages we paid one price and had access to everything. I personally loved the laser tag, and arcade games, they even had the old pac man that I used to play when i was a kid, boy did that bring back some memories. All and all I have to say that this place was a great value, my family and i will deffinately be back. Pros: Great Value Cons: None that i can think of more

Great time! My wife had her company picnic at the park last week, I must say I did not want to go at first but I had a great time. I had no idea there were so many activities for adults and kids, it was fun acting like a kid again. The go carts and laser tag are great and you can ride as many times as you want. The food was included in the package and the beer is ice cold. I wish there was one located in South Austin,this is the best deal in town. Pros: great place Cons: not south more

We went with some friends and their kids this Saturday and had a blast! The place is huge and there were plenty of things to keep everyone busy all day. They even had a huge projection TV so the Dad's could watch the UT game while we rode rides with the kids. I thought the price was very fair especially since you pay one flat price and can stay for hours. The buffet is even included and the food was great. Lots to choose from and everything i tried was good. I can't think of a better place to spend a Saturday that can keep my kids entertained that long.
