Fantastic Quality and Service! 9/26/2009

Austin Window Fashions and Leslie Plas deliver their promises! My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of their wood shutters and the assistance we received from Leslie. We were determinied to stay within our budget, and Leslie used her expertise to assist us. We live 75 miles from the showroom, but that did not interfere with the service we received! I highly recommend Leslie and Austin Window Fashions. Pros: Excellent service, high quality product, competitive prices Cons: None more

Great Service! 8/15/2009

Kerry Lavine helped me with my order for new honeycomb shades, and she was really great to work with. But, when Ray (the installer) came to install the shades, I could see they were just a little too narrow for the windows (oops). I called Kerry and she came by my house to remeasure and ordered the replacements for all five windows. No questions, no arguments, just great service! I'll be calling Kerry when I start my next phase of decorating. Pros: Hassle-free replacements. more

Brittany made it so easy to order our window treatments....we made the appointment with her, she arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgable about window treatments. Brittany made us feel so confident that we placed the order with her in the first initial appointment. We love the window treatments and it came out exactly as Brittany said it would. I have bought window ceoverings from Austin Window Fashions for the 3 differnt home that I have lived in. I have bought blinds, shades and shutters, the quality of the products is unbeatable. The service, and prices are unbeatable as well, from the sales person to the installer to the office. I have never had a problem or a complaint. They are a great business!!
