""Coming home from the AVR at spirit lake Iowa my 2009vision wouldn't run or pull right. Put in shop to see what is going on. Fuel pump, key switch and a sensor bad. I have a 5year warranty on this bike and all but 136.50 of the bill was covered by warranty. Totally amazing! 120, 564miles and the warranty is covering electronic parts. That the company believes in this product is totally awesome! I luv my vision, can't see myself on anything else. Thanks Ron and everyone at Austin's. I have no plans to buy me a new one (this one has a lot of fun/miles left) will get one for wife in future, but when I reach a million miles maybe. So many roads, so little time. "" more

This was the best decision I could have made for a touring machine. The purchase of my new Visio was exactly as Don and the sales staff said it would be. Many questions from curious onlookers at the fuel pump, and I love how many people turn their heads to look at my bike. An extremely comfortable ride that would be hard to beat. more

I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I get everything done here from the hitches to the tires to plows. They have been saving my husband and I lots of money with constantly being a consultant and helping us make decisions that will benefit us in the long run. They actually get it!! 5/9/2012

I bought a Cross Country Tour from these fine people and they were a pleasure to deal with! They've gone above and beyond what I expected. They actually get it! That is a rarity these days. I have never had customer service like what they provided to me. 100 stars would be too low! I'll be a customer as long as they will have me. This bike is a real attention getter!! more
