Austin Shoe Hospital in Oak Hill 5/28/2010

I've been going to this location for years and found it to be okay. Now that Emilio is there it is great! He is very knowledgeable about what is needed for each repair whether it is shoes or bags or even leather furniture. He once helped me select the exact color dye I needed for a leather cushion. He also has a good, well-organized stock of accessories and products even though the store is very small. Emilio is such a pleasant, friendly person that you always feel welcome in his store. He seems to really love his job. Pros: Great customer service Cons: None more

Could not be happier 11/3/2009

Austin Shoe Hospital helped me fix a broken purse strap recently and you would have never have known it was broken. The work was perfect and now I don't have to buy a new bag. Thank you so much for getting the job done right the first time! more
