MY KIDS AND I LEFT WITH BUG BITES FROM TRYING BOTH GYMS!!! WAY FILTHY, CANT BREATHE AND STAFF IS ONE RUDE PERSON THAT GIVES YOU SHOES WITH HOLES. MY FRIENDS HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT THE NORTH LOCATION AND SMELT FIRE AND SAW BURN MARKS ON CEILING ALSO NO RAILING UPSTAIRS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. I CALLED THE OWNER TROY WILSON, BUT HE NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER 4 TRIES. IN SHORT, FILTHY, BUGS, NO VENTILATION. BELONGS IN NJ. MORE LIKE A DAYCARE OR ROLLERSKATING RINK. MAKE SURE YOU ARE VACINATED AGAINST THE BATHROOMS!! more

Great for beginners 8/20/2005

Austin Rock Gym is a huge climbing facility. The staff are great teachers, and know how to climb themselves. The climbing gym has plenty of wall space and has many different climbing elevations, for all skill levels. They sell climbing accessories there as well. The floors are heavily padded, and the place is kept very clean. The ropes are always checked and the staff is watching to make sure there are no accidents. more
