Austin Bank

I've been using Austin Bank now for quite some time and am quite pleased with their staff and banking services. One of the things I really like about Austin Bank is their online banking services. We live about 45 minutes from the bank so whenever I need to get on and check my bank statements and see what has gone through my bank I can do it from my home instead of having to call them. Plus when I was working nights it made it easy for me to check to see how much money was in my bank at night time when the bank was closed. Whenever my wifes debit card was stolen they quickly got onto getting our money back. We completed the necessary forms and had our money back in our bank within a day or two. Which to me was very fast. more

Austin Bank is a great bank. They have everything that you want in a bank. Free Checking, Overdraft privelages. The staff here are great. They will take the time to sit down and help you if the need arises. They will help you sort of banking problems and if its a problem on their end they will make things right for you. more
