So happy with their services. Very nice, prompt, knowledgeable and affordable. Will not use anyone else. I had to use these guys again...stellar!! Again, honest...great..reasonably priced! They show up same day, no extra fees...no extra anything...just great people! Fixed ac same day (had to fix what the prior ac guy fixed 3 times) when I said oh yeah fixed that 3 times....he looked at me sideways....i had to say.....NOT FROM YOU!!....They are GOLDEN! more

We had a very large and very old furnace as well as two large oil tanks to be removed. Austin Air Repair Service came in with a plan and got the job done as promised in less than three days. Polite, professional, always on time and the cleaned up! more

Excellent install at a good price. My wife and I are very happy with our Air Conditioning. Austin Air Repair Service is professional, prompt and personable. I called about a squeaking blower fan. Austin Air Repair Service came out the same day to replace it and was in and out in less than an hour. more

I couldn`t be more pleased. Professional, prompt, courteous. Let me know if I can provide a reference. Less than an hour later the technician was at my door made the diagnosis in moments, had the parts to make the repair and did a subsequent check to ensure there were no additional problems with the unit. Cold air was blowing in the matter of 10 minutes. All in this was a great customer experience. The technician and the gentleman on the phone were great to deal with both courteous and professional. For any future needs I may have with respect to heating or air conditioning these folks will be my first and only call. more

AC Air Repair in 6/19/2013

Recently had Austin Air Repair Service refrigeration at my house to repair/check our upstairs a/c unit. As this unit is 13+years old, I assumed the unit would need replacing. THe owner arrived at our house the same day we called, checked the outside and determined that whatever the problem was, was with the air handler. The trouble turned out to be a simple fuse. Steve could have easily sold me an entire new unit and I would have never known. This company seems to be very honest and I would recommend them to anyone. more
