I had an assortment of audio-visual components, a basket full of remotes and a variety of batteries, but no way to make them work together seamlessly. Being certifiably techno-phobic, I needed help. Upon receiving yet another remote for Father?s Day, I read the instructions for my new Harmony and quickly realized that now I really needed help!\r

My wife was too busy with her business to program the thing and suggested that I call the Robillards and set up an appointment to get me squared away. Jim came out right away, talked to me about what I wanted all this stuff to do and went to work. He programmed and tested the Harmony to operate the TV, satellite, tuner, CD & DVD player and even the good old turntable. He also gave me a tutorial and I can now manage every component through one remote. Thanks to Jim and Task Masters, I can finally master my audio-visual domain. \r
