Not only does the owner have issues with not being able to talk to customers, but they told me they could fix my phone, and when I got it back, it was worse. I took it in for a new microphone, cuz people couldn't hear me, and when I got it back, I couldn't hear them either. They told me there was nothing they could do. Also, the staff isn't professional at all. The girl that ""helped"" me was more interested in herself than my needs as a customer. She didn't know what she was talking about at all. She was testing in her phone more than she was helping. I wish I could remember her name. I think it was Lucy. She shouldn't be allowed to work in a place that she knows nothing about. It's all a reflect on the owner of the place.
