Excellent Dr's. And Friendly Staff! 6/22/2017

You will enjoy your visit to Aurora Vision Center. I was going to get an exam for contacts for the first time. I was so impressed with how friendly, kind and thorough my Dr. And the staff were explaining every little step and detail to me. I felt so comfortable with everyone there. You will enjoy them as well!! more

Front office staff need training on customer service 3/25/2017

I waited 2 to 3 minutes at the front desk before anyone acknowledged me standing there. Once they started checking me in, they read my name, address, and phone number out loud so the people less than 5 feet in the waiting room behind me could hear all of my personal information. more

When it comes to 21st-century customer service we really focus on how were being treated as a customer , here at the Aurora vision center you are treated with the upmost respect five star quality service if I could do more stars I would let's go 10 stars check this place out it's the best!!!!! more
