Knowlegable, helpful staff. Great Selection of fabrics. I had the best experience with thier service department, not only repaired my machine but allowed me to come back to guide classes so I'd learn how to make the most of my machine. Pros: Great Selection Cons: Location, but new upcoming location will be better more
