Really great staff 1/12/2011

I've been getting peels and doing some laser things for sun spots - it's been great. I'm really pleased with the results and the staff is sooooooo nice! Lisa was my esthetician but now I see Erin. Everyone is just great! more

wonderful place 11/14/2010

I went to Aurora after receiving an offer from my Lexus dealer. The experience was wonderful. I had a facial from Erin and came back for Botox a few weeks later. Both experiences were very pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Aurora Medical Spa 6/27/2010

After two consultations, I had SmartLipo on my inner and outer thighs; the doctor said I was a good candidate since I had realistic expectations. I only wanted to be able to wear shorts comfortably; I have very full thighs. My left leg turned out o.k; I have no complaints. As the doctor started my right leg, he launched into the story of his own liposuction and got so caught up in his story that he sucked a three inch long by 1 1/2 wide trench in my thigh. The results are permanent. It's very obvious in jeans, skirts dresses, everything. In their defense, they offered to try to fix it at no additional cost.The ladies were very supportive. I chose not to do it since you can't put the fat back. The doctor claims he didn't do anything wrong it's just my body's response. He also offered to cut a matching trench in my left thigh; I'm not interested in that, either. If he doesn't see anything wrong, how could he fix it?Matching deformities? Come on.... Bad Smartlipo Experience 11/5/2009

Had smartlipo on my inner and outer thighs, love handles and lower buttocks in Apr. NO noticable reduction in fat or body shape except that my waist to hips transition line on my right side is VERY different than my left due to unbalanced love handle lipo, my left inner thigh now has a bulge that causes it to touch my right intter thigh. I have a dozen scars from where the instrument was inserted. Doctor was very rough, was joking with the staff while doing the procedure. When I went back for a follow-up was told that the reason why I didn't see any results was because I gained weight. I did not gain weight from eating/not exercising, it was 3lbs of fluid retention. My weight is back to the same as it was before the procedure, but I do not see ANY results. BIG waste of money. Pros: none Cons: Rude doctor, no results on any of 4 body areas done more

Had a bad experience 9/30/2009

I got an injection that went very bad. It was very lumpy around my mouth. The nurse admitted to me that she made an error and told me that she would discuss the solution with the owner and get back to me. The owner called me and told me I had to pay to have it fixed and was very abusive. He told me that "the girls" complained about me and felt intimidated. I was very hurt as I really liked the staff. When I went in they were shocked by what he said and denied it. I told the owner I wanted to discontinue my plan as I was not happy with my experience. He told me no refunds what so ever. I completed my services by getting facials and I will never go there again. I am sorry to say this as the staff is lovely, get facials but not anything medical. more

AURORA MEDICAL SPA IS A SCAM 9/24/2009

THE ESTHETICIAN IS SO FULL OF IT .SHE IS AWARE THAT HER SERVICES DO NOT WORK AND SHE PUSHES THEM ANYWAY. SHE MADE A MESS OF MY FACE AND CHARGED ME ALOT AND REFUSED TO FIX IT WITHOUT A SAC OF CASH AND THEN IT MAY BE WORSE AGAIN. SHE LIED TO ME SO MANY TIMES THAT I LOST COUNT AND THE FUNNY THING IS SHE IS VERY HOMELY HERSELF AND SEEM TO NEED SOME WORK. ALL SHE TRIED TO DO WAS GET ME TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY FOR TO BECOME AN ELITE MEMBER AND THEN PROMISED THAT I DID THAT I WOULD GET 6 FACIALS FOR FREE. AFTER I PAID SHE INFORMED THAT THEY WERE FOR FOUR FACIALS NOT SIX AS SHE HAD PROMISED AND THEY WERE NOT FREE AT ALL. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD "MISSPOKE" BUT REFUSE TO HONOR HER PROMISE. I AM REFERRING TO THE NURSE THAT DOES THE SERVICES THAT HAD ALOT OF WRINKLE AND BAGS UNDER HER EYES. Pros: They get rich Cons: YOU GET SCAMMED LIED TO AND DISAPOINTED more

I'm a Botox junkie! 5/6/2007

I got my Botox at Aurora about a month ago. It's great! I don't think I will ever go without it again. I really enjoyed my experience at Aurora. I went in on their special - Wrinkle Free Friday. They were really busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get in but it was worth it. I would highly reccomend it to anyone. Pros: I love Botox Cons: kind of noisy - but they were really busy more

I just finished my skin tightening procedure. I get compliments all the time - I just love it! I've also had some Botox done - what a great place! I would send any of my friends to Aurora. I love their lipodissolve 4/25/2007

I just finished my LipoDissolve with Aurora. I lost 15 pounds and two dress sizes! I had two areas done but I would definently do it again - well worth it. I was skeptical as to how good this would work but it really did. I think I'll go back for the Vela Smooth treatments. I would send any of my friends. Best Botox in St. Louis! 4/18/2007

I was so impressed with Aurora and how they handle Botox - I'm never going anywhere else. My appointment was with Ilona. She's been doing Botox for 8 years and she's a real pro - I felt so comfortable! Their prices are very reasonable and my results are fantastic! I'm really impressed with Aurora. I just signed up for their Lipodissolve and Velasmooth treatments. I finished a laser hair removal series and I'm very satisfied with the results. Great customer service 2/8/2007

I am so impressed with Aurora and their staff. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Everyone was just so nice. I am getting Botox injections with Ilona - she's so great! Michelle and Christen have been helping me out with some new products that I just love. Michelle gave me a great facial that was free with my Botox purchase. I think Aurora represents a great value - nice place and their prices are very reasonable. And I wasn't pressured at all. They're just the best! I love this place! 2/8/2007

Aurora is so awesome! I was so relaxed and comfortable there. Jean did my Restylane injections. It was so painful other places but not nearly as bad at Aurora and my face has never looked better. I paid $450 - half of what I paid last time. I signed up for a IPL Photo Facial while I was there too - I think that's what it's called. I can't wait!!! I would definently send any of my friends or family to Aurora. Pros: So nice! Cons: Bathroom was out of toilet paper more

Best MedSpa in St Louis 2/8/2007

I have had a fantastic experience at Aurora Medical Spa. I got Botox done and signed up for hair removal too. The staff is so great - very friendly and open. The spa is very nice and relaxing. The front area was a little dirty when I was there but they were so busy it doesn't suprise me. I would absolutely reccomend Aurora to any of my friends and family. Pros: Wonderful staff, very friendly Cons: Parking lot is getting crowded more
