I had tried to get eyeliner somewhere else, and let me tell you, despite what they claim, IT HURTS. Where I went before my eyes were stinging from the stuff they try to numb your skin with, I couldn't hold still, and the line was not straight. A relative had gotten her eyeliner with Mychelle and it looked amazing. You still get the area numb, but with doctor grade products and a valium to relax you. I don't really blame the other person for the crooked line since I couldn't take the pain. Fortunately for me it faded completely off before too long. My mom was with me. I don't remember much but my mom says I was able to talk any time I wanted to. I can see why people think they were out more than they were just because they can't remember, or want to be hateful. I am so glad I went from NM to Tulsa, OK to have my permanent make up applied by Mychelle! Her work is the best hands down! I had my eyeliner and eyebrows done in June. My trip this year to Mexico was the best ever, because every time I got out of the water my make up wasn't smeared or gone! I love it so much that I called to have my lips done a few weeks ago. She explained how much harder the lips were to heal, but I was on a mission. I signed that waiver, and went for it. My lips have beautiful color and shape without lip liner or lipstick! I am so happy that I don't have to put on make up every day, plus, it saves me so much time in the morning, because I get out of bed and look ready for the day! She is great.Good job.You can tell she is on top of her game.Very easy to talk to.She knows what she is doing.I know u cant make every one happy.But there far more good then bad.Some people carry things way to far when they wright a review.My Kid had here lips done and they look great.And have seen other jobs done and they look good.Thats why we went to her.Keep up the Great Job. more

Not happy at all. My lips are uneven, all swelling is gone and the disastrous results are now apparent. My upper right lip is over lined compared to my left and has an ugly scar at the lip line. I don't know what she did to me because she drugged me so heavily my husband had to wheel me out in a decrepit wheelchair when she called him to pick me up as I was unconscious. He said she demanded full payment and rushed him out the door, without any care to my unconscious state, he said it felt like a back alley medical doctors office. I am permanently disfigured, it will cost me at least double what I payed to have my lips colored to fix the damage and I'll never look fully normal again. I am devastated and can not look in the mirror without hating what I see. I am in the entertainment industry and this has already had a negative impact on my career. I will be demanding a full refund and seeking damages. more

My daughter wanted permanent eyeliner for her graduation present and was insistant it had to be done by this lady in Oklahoma. My first reaction was shock because she could have gotten it done at a business two miles from our house, and she wanted to travel two states away for it. After educating myself on the subject, I took my daughter and her best friend to Tulsa and all three of us got out eyeliner done. Mychelle was helpful ahead of time explaining the routine of shuffling each of us to the office and back to the hotel for our turn. It went smooth like clockwork. Each person's turn took a little over three hours. The first hour is spent going over your options and what you like, then getting sleepy and prepared for the work to be done. By prepared I am referring to the numbing that is done so it doesn't hurt. Both girls said they slept through it. I never fell asleep but was the most relaxed and comfortable I can ever remember being. If my eyeliner lasts a long time, it was so worth traveling farther to get prettier work done. more

Mychelle Tulk, RN at Aura Of Beauty is an artistic permanent makeup artist. She did my eyeliner and lip color. She offers lots of choices on colors and styles. My top eyeliner is black-brown on the outside corners tapering in to dark brown on the inside corners. My bottom eyeliner is dark brown on the outside corners tapering in to light brown on the inside corners. She matched a lipstick color I took in to her. She has been doing permanent makeup longer than anyone else in Tulsa, and does more of it than anyone else. more

She is an RN and does her procedures in a doctors office who lets you have relaxation pills so you aren't scared and don't hurt. I really needed the relaxation because I can't just lie relaxed while someone is poking needles alongside my eyes. more
