The best way to gauge customer service isn’t when things are going right. It’s the level of service you receive when things go wrong. I moved away from this area many years ago and prior to last week the last time I was in Augusta Cleaners was probably to rent a tux for a Prom. But last week I had the need to have a suit altered and cleaned here. I took it over to Augusta Cleaners where a very nice lady fitted me for the alterations, finished them before she had promised, and sent the suit in for cleaning. \r

During the cleaning process a piece of machinery malfunctioned and the suit jacket was ruined. If this would have happened in the city where I live I would have to argue endlessly with the cleaners to agree on some kind of fair resolution. Lucky for me I was dealing with Augusta Cleaners.
