August Roofing met all of our expectations. Their price was competitive, they showed up on time, were very professional, and did an excellent job installing the tiles on our roof. We dealt with the owner Chris on a small issue and he more then took care of our needs. There was no damage to the house from the work they performed and they left with everything cleaned up at the end. We have already recommended them and will continue to do so and would definitely use August Roofing again. We also had neighbors who have used them in the past and they also felt very highly of the work they performed. more

Did a re-roof job in 3 days, which was exactly what Neal estimated. Double layer felt and 10% new tile, which was installed on the back side so it was less noticeable. ARI also replaced quite a bit of dry rot on facia and ship lap and painted to match existing trim color, ( I supplied the paint). Only 1 minor problem, 24 inch scratch to garage door during demo process which was painted and is barley noticeable. Would recommend ARI to anyone needing a new roof or re-roofing. more

I am a homeowner, and I had my roof done. It turned out great. I recommend them to all my clients. They do great work. more

The reason I'm giving a low rating pertains to the second roof I had them do. Some material was installed improperly and I haven't heard back from them about what they're going to do about it yet. I asked them to send me the warranty on the roof, and when they sent it to me, it was not for the roof I have. My roof was a heavier roof than the replacement, but they wouldn't give me what I want in writing. Another problem is that the second roof installer wasn't nailing the shingles like they should be nailed. I asked them if improper installation could do anything to invalidate my warranty and they wouldn't tell me anything. They're great people, and they try hard. I really like them but I can't recommend someone who puts on roofs wrong and I don't know why there wouldn't be a warranty. They mean well, but they need to iron out the wrinkles and make sure their guys are doing the job right. more

August Roofing came out, gave me an estimate and looked at my roof, and we talked about things that need to be done. They came and did the job. It was very satisfying. They cleaned up after themselves. I didn't expect them to clean in the garage, but they swept it too. I thought it was a good experience, all the way around. more

AWESOME company! From my initial phone call I was impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness and promptness. I had contacted a number of other roofing companies in the area and even set appointments with a couple of them. I was shocked at the lack of common courtesy and promptness that I received from the other companies. Jeff was on time, polite and thorough. I knew I'd have no ""surprises"" if I went with August Roofing and I was right. The contract was profession, I was supplied photos of my roof to help explain problem areas and NO SURPRISE ""extra"" costs. I couldn't be happier. more

WARNING! The workers for this roofing company destroyed my grill. The lid was caved in and the leg was snapped off. Either they dropped something on it or hit it with their truck. Either way, I contacted the company. I was told they would reimburse me. Some incompetent manager named PETE said he would talk to their insurance and get back to me. 6 months later, he won't return calls or emails. I talked to the supervisor of the job and he ADMITTED they caused the damage but said that I couldn't prove it. Criminal. Avoid this company at all costs! more
