For the past 10 years, I have taken my 3 Mercedes Benz to August European. I have always been impressed with the professional manner in which this auto repair establishment has operated. Brian (the owner) has always treated me with a degree of honesty and integrity that has earned my trust and confidence. He and his competent staff of trained mechanics perform 5 star service at a 3 star price. The final invoice has always been consistent with the initial estimate. Upon pickup, the serviced vehicle has always been clean with all issues totally resolved. August European is one of the few places that understands and displays a degree of commitment to customer service...that earns a coveted 5 star rating more

Trust Your Mercedes-Benz In These Thorough Hands 7/26/2009

I called with an acute and unexpected problem at 10am, and was able to have my car serviced right away; my car was ready at 3pm. The courtesy shuttle driver was prompt, and called me via cell phone upon arrival. Customers can get a free ride back to work/home, and picked up when your car is ready. Pros: Efficient, Forthright, Thorough, No Upselling. Cons: Lobby was a bit warm, but I was greeted with a smile. more

Great service 2/11/2009

I took my husband's car here when it needed service. The lobby/waiting area is very clean. He didn't try to up sell us on anything and just did what was asked of. The service was great and they were very nice to us. more
