These guys will lie and cheat to get you to buy a car... when it comes to F&I, they will try to add options and costs to your final figure for things you did not ask for, did not want and definitely do not need. Please, go to a non-Auffenberg dealership! These guys have caused a lot of problems for me; however, I am glad that after I got through taking care of these crooks, my car was pretty much free. more

Service department is TOPS! 10/20/2005

We had nothing but problems with our Kia from day one. We took it to countless Kia dealerships in the St. Louis area and finally were asked to take it to Auffenberg by the manufacturer. Bill, the service manager there, has been absolutely amazing. The car is usually droped off in the evening, when it is convenient for us, and ready by the end of the next business day. more
