In this economy you would think customer service would be at an all time high. Not with this company. After being a loyal customer for over 7 years I was treated like ""Trash"", no pun intended. Rude, Cocky, Arrogant do not even begin to describe the owner of this company. There are plenty of other companies out there that would gladly take my business. I will NEVER do business with them again nor will I recommend Auerbach Waste to anyone in the future. more

I agree with cgrove...the owner should not answer the phone if he is going to continue to have that attitude. Service minded??? How can they be when they only work 1/2 days on Friday, 1/2 days on Tuesday...son't ask for afternoon service - not happening!!! more

I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS JOBS WITH AUERBACH AND i FOUND THEM VERY SERVICE MINDED AND THE OWNER GIVING ME THE BEST PRICE OF ALL COMPETION 5/29/2008
