Customer service is not his strong point. never called back to set up time for a repair and after i call back and finally spoke to Steve about the problem . He got mad and hung up on me. Im still left hanging but suspect he not going to fix it any time soon. If the service is not good then you might as well buy off ebay. more

Sells what appear to be good quality items with a one year warranty. But does not answer the phone or return calls if you are having an issue that requires repair. Stay away!!!!! Don't be fooled by their friendliness when you are in the store or with how fast they deliver to you. And certainly not by the cheap prices. Since he does not want to come to my house to do the warranted repair, looks like the next time I see them will be in small claims court. more

We bought a dryer from steve on 2-18-10. The dryer immediately had a problem with the motor. Took them WEEKS to come out and fix it, just to find they didn't fix it properly and ended up replacing it (total time wasted.. close to two months). Next dryer.. within months the gasket goes and it start ripping our clothes and getting oil on them. First complaint call 12-10-10- today is 5-26-11 and it's still not solved. The dryer was under warranty, he promosed to send the part (since it's such an inconvenience for them to come and actually just fix it). We are STILL WAITING SINCE DECEMBER. I reported him to the BBB and am filing a law suit if that does not solve the problem. Steve is also really nasty. Does not have good business sense dealing with people. The only thing they did on time was deliver the initial dryer. more
