Audubon Park Apartments is a nice place to stay if you're single or just starting a family. There is a pool, laundry facility, and tennis court right on the grounds. In addition, the landscaping crew does a fabulous job keeping the place clean and well groomed. The office staff is personable and very helpful, but they aren't in your face all the time like other landlord's I've had to deal with. In addition, I like the fact that pets are allowed here. The apartment buildings are pretty old, so they are a little out dated on features and architecture. One of the largest negatives against Audubon Park Apartments is that most of the apartments don't have any washer and dryer hook-ups. The apartments are also a little bit more expensive than others in the area, but this is probably to offset the cost of the excellent landscaping they provide.
