I actually switched dentists to Audrey because I wanted a little more EMPATHY from a dentist and wanted someone who will take the time to fill me in both mentally and orally. I really feel she listens to my concerns and wants to make the whole experience of going to a dentist as pleasant as possible, unlike other dentists that I've gone to where I'm holding up their process if I want a little more novocaine. more

Dr. Kern is the dentist I've been looking for since my childhood dentist retired 30 years ago. She is very effective at communicating to me the state of my dental health and what needs to be worked on going into the future. I am a picky person and I'm also intelligent, that's a difficult combination when searching for health professionals. In the past I've often had poor explanations to simple questions. Questions like: ""Why?"" If you can't explain why you're going to extract a tooth should you be doing it? The dentist I had before Dr. Kern insisted I needed THREE extractions. I had the nerve to ask ""WHY?"" And after some obfuscation I was told ""because I said so."" Dr Kern has never failed to offer me a good explanation whenever I ask ""Why?"" If your dentist can't answer that simple question then maybe you should be asking ""WHY am I still going to such a dentist?"" more
