My son first met with a therapist named Sandra. She was great! She quit the practice after 2months of seeing her. Obviously it was not good for her there because this was w/no notice. We really liked the therapist and so did my son.\r \r However the office manager is AWFUL! She told me I would need to contact my insurance provider for the correct code to bill. She gave me a list of codes and told me to have my insurance tell the correct one to use. She would chase me to the parking lot to remind me that it was not her job to ensure the insurance forms were invoiced correctly, that it was my responsibility.\r \r I contacted Anthem and they adamantly told me they were not ethically allowed to provide insurance codes to me or to the practice. Anthem has since contacted the licensing board against this practice for ethic violations.\r \r I understand why Sandra left. This practice is horrible in their administrative capacity. To request a patient provide you with correct insurance code more

Extremely unprofessional 4/27/2011

Glaser is a condescending jerk. I refuse to even acknowledge the fact that he is even a "doctor". Calling him a quack is even too kind. My mother's appointment was first thing in the morning and we had to wait for over 45 minutes because he can't give his patients the common courtesy of showing up on time. He received a phone call in the middle of the appointment and left the room to take the call, another 20 minute wait.He was rude, arrogant and condescending to both my mother and me and to his office staff, who by the way were the only pleasant part of the experience. He was yelling at someone right outside the room we were in. How much more unprofessional could he possibly be? I feel sorry for his office staff. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had in a "doctor's" office. If you want to be treated like a piece of crap from the moment the "doctor" comes into the exam room, then this place is for you. Otherwise, you' more

Condescending service 10/1/2008

Dr. Glaser and his associates come off as being arrogant and pompous. I do not recommend using this office for your hearing needs. You "know nothing" as a patient and you are sure to feel it before the end of your appt with these folks. Especially Dr. Glaser. There are plenty of other facilities around that can service your hearing needs - find one, but do not settle for Audiology and Speech Assoc. Seriously, you can do better. more
