Our four year old had tubes put in her ears because there was so much fluid she literally couldn't hear. Her ENT told us to go the Audiology Associates to make sure that her hearing we on target, but to also make sure her speech hadn't been affected. Ginny was just wonderful with her. She made her comfortable, made her laugh, and then ran the tests without my daughter even realizing it was a test. \r

Ginny could tell that I was worried, and spoke to me long enough to calm me down. She was very professional, and both my daughter and I thought she was great!
