Highly Recommended 9/24/2010

One of the few shops that I have trusted to touch my vehicle. Work is of the highest quality. Where else are you going to find an owner that has won multiple world championships in SPL and a world championship in sound quality. You get all that experience and knowledge for very reasonable rates. \r \r One of the best shops in the country. more

Excellent customer service! Very reasonable prices! Great selection! Alarm with remote start is perfect. Even went above and beyond by making small repairs to my aging cars interior trim.\r \r PERFECT!! more

DO NOT GO HERE!! 7/2/2010

The majority of the staff is rude. \r The manager doesn't have a clue about customer service and will refuse to make things right when they have messed up. \r Sound on wheels in huntsville has a much better reputation, better speakers and are the nicest people you could deal with.\r I ended up not taking my ride to audio x because of the rude service on the front end. These people would NEVER touch anything I own. Sound on wheels may be a farther distance but trust me it is worth the drive if you want to be treated with any respect. more
