Highly qualified installer. Equipment that works as advertised. 3/15/2013

The store personnel understood what I needed and explained all the options clearly. The scheduled installation went off without a hitch. One change that I requested during the installation was handled quickly and efficiently. The charges were reasonable and the installation was completed well within the time they had quoted which allowed be sufficient time to meet a family obligation I had later that evening. Superb job! more

They did a retro fit to my current set up that needed a major overhaul and new remote set up. I had another company look at it and they wanted over 5000.00 just to upgrade and rework the remote system. Audio video synergy did all that for under a thousand and I like the new remote setup much better than the older more high tech(?) remote. The changes to my set up, such as a new Projection and sound, that they recommended were sound, reasonable, and within my price range. They were presented with several problems once they started as my set up is complicated, and they found good answers to those challenges and the cost did not increase much once they were started. While the end invoice was slightly higher, only due to the unforeseen trouble with a Sub-woofer is was less then a 5 increase...the first time it was set up by another company the over run was about 35. Very pleased over all and would certainly use them again and recommend them to all. more

A personal touch without sacrificing good prices 12/30/2012

If you've ever been to one of the big box stores looking for electronics, you know how hard it can be to find a knowledgeable sales person. Joe and Chris are wonderful. They will help you find what suits you best and if you have questions about installation, operation or anything else after you get the product home, they are only a phone call away. You'll feel good about supporting a small business, too! more

I went in to find out about mounting a TV and came out with a whole home theatre. These kinds guys are great. Knowledgeable, patient have a genuine love for the hobby. A shout out to Chris who took weeks to help me find the right system. And forget the big box stores, they will match any price!!! more

I could not be happier with my experience at Audio Video Synergy. Chris was very dedicated in helping me find the right surround system for me and at no point did I feel any pressure to make a decision or feel like I was being pushed towards specific hardware. I was very impressed with Audio-Video Synergy. Incredibly helpfull and knowledgeable. Their expertise was apparent from the very beginning. In addition, they were able to be competitive with teh "big box" stores. This made my choice to transact my business with them easy! The only challenge is availability of local inventory. I did have to wait 6 days to get my purchase delivered. And as everyone knows.... Once we buy something, we look for the instant gratification of setting it up and using it. Even with the wait, I will absolutley use these guys again. Great shop and great service. more

The guys at audio synergy provide excellent ideas for theater upgrades. They will work with you on making the best decision for your home theater. They make you feel at home. The quality of products are excellent. However, phone calls are either not returned or the rep. is alone in the store and has people in the store and can't respond to a question or problem. The store is under staffed. more

I am a pretty tough customer to satisfy. The people at Audio-Video Synergy were able to work with me to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. Joe encouraged me to take home and test equipment. Nobody else would do this. I must have gone back and forth ten times because I was putting in a complex system. They were right there helping me the whole time. I recommend them to anyone looking into home audio systems. Don't think twice, go to them and listen to their suggestions. more

New Electric Projection Screen for Cherryville Baptist Church, Flemington, NJ 1/3/2012

Our church (built in 1849) needed a large projection screen in the sanctuary for audio visual presentations. After securing a few prices, we selected Audio-Video Synergy, Clinton, NJ. Their installed price was competitive but even more importantly, the installation was extremely neat and the aesthetics of the screen blends well into the internal architecture of the sanctuary. The installation was a big hit with the congregation. A-V Synergy in Clinton is a highly reliable audio video dealer with a solid reputation for high quality products and installations. The unit is a Targa Electric High Contrast Screen by Draper. Excellent product. more

I have used Audio Video Synergy for years and they always deliver a top shelf experience from designing a system to installation. Their service and expertise are second to none. I recently had them upgrade my home theater and I couldn't be happier with the result. There really is no reason to go anywhere else. more

I have been dealing with Audio-Video Synergy for a number of years. I have bought several stereo components from them, occasionally replacing older items with newer technology. The best thing about them is their service. Audio-Video Synergy offer the total customer experience. I don't know how to hook these things up, but they will come out to my home get everything working for me. They also explain all of the finite details, to ensure that I am getting the most out of my device. My decision to stick with Audio-Video Synergy is a peace of mind type of thing. I know that when I go there I will be taken care of. I recently bought a new DVD player, and it's a very high quality unit that I'm pleased with. I trust them to give me the best, without any hassle. more

Great experience 7/19/2011

I purchased home theater speakers, and amplifier, TVs and remote control. I got great advice on product selection, prompt delivery and installation, and custom programming of the remote. Very satisfied with the TV calibration as well. Overall- GREAT folks to deal with. more
