Customer service was good, but job was not exactly what we expected. 4/12/2013

They did a home theater and surround sound system for us when we remodeled our basement. The customer service was really good, but the job didn't go exactly as I thought we had planned it out. The response was really good, but if I had known the full scope of things I might have gone in a different direction. more
