Best service in town 6/28/2011

I am baffled by the one star rating above. Ryan, one of the owners, installed our system years ago. He was amazingly informed and helpful. We felt that his number one goal was to meet our needs rather than to make the most profitable sale. Since then, whenever we've had an issue, or forgotten how to use a piece of equipment, he has been incredibly responsive. We've recommended A/V Excellence to a number of friends who have been uniformly satisfied. more

Horrible Service 10/15/2010

Be ware if purchasing equipment from this retailer. The owner does not provide service after the sale and may try to recoup any money discount that he voluntarily offered on the product. I'm sure that the owners of his main product lines such as Cary Audio, Rega and Anthem would be disappointed to learn of how their dealer may be handling their product line. I would warn everyone to beware when dealing with the owner. more
