I have spent thousands of dollars at Audio Room over the years mostly on TVs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Mark Kolda literally delivered and set up large screen plasma to my house on his way home AFTER work. It is hard to find that kind of customer service. There is another gentleman who works there in sales (his name escapes me) who spent a lot of time educating me on different technology and what would be the right equipment for me. He was also outstanding.
I ran into problems, however, with the owner when trying to buy my third TV. When I would tell him what I was looking for in a TV, he would ignore everything I had just told him and show me something completely different. Then he would tell me if I didn't like it, that they had a no questions asked return policy. When I tried to return/exchange the TV after a week, however, he wasn't going to take it back. He eventually conceded, but the damage had been done and I just can't spend that much money if I don't trust that I can return the product if not satisfied.
