Really easy and really quick! 9/1/2011

I went in to Audio Jam to buy subwoofers and it was a really good experience. Everything was at a really good price. Tom gave me a whole lot of information. My experience was all around very good. It was very easy! My older brother actually got a whole lot of stuff from Audio Jam years and years ago. I've been using Audio Jam for a few years now too. I've been dealing with Audio Jam for eighteen or nineteen years. It's been great--they have taken care of me really well. They are always polite, and easy to talk to. They will take the time out to help me with whatever I need. They give me great prices, too. Those guys are good, and I recommend them to all my friends. The store and the products have changed with the times, they definitely try to carry all the current items. I have bought speakers, amps, alarms and window tints from them, and they do all the installation for me. If there's ever an issues after I leave, they say "come on down" and will take care of it right away. They are a great company. Adam Senquiz more

Tried Their Ebay Store Terrible Service 7/22/2011

I bought an item, after 2wks I contacted them and they said they didnt have the item even though they had said it shipped out. They then said they had ordered the item and it would be to me in another couple days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then it didnt show and they tried to sell me some other brand for more money which was a lesser product. Needless to say it was now been 3wks and no product and no refund. I will never shop them or recommend them. Buyer Beware. more

I've purchased quite a few items from Audio Jam over the last three years. I usually deal with Tom, and he is amazing. He offers great follow-up to make sure everything is working right, and he is usually available for any questions I have. He knows his stuff. Overall, the staff's knowledge of their products is exceptional. They are all very helpful with recommending products. Going to Audio Jam is a great experience. On top of providing great customer service, their prices are very competitive, and they are willing to match prices to make it worth your while to shop there. more

I've been a loyal customer of Audio Jam for about ten years. I've had everything from simple stuff like headlights to bigger things like alarms installed.
