i've had two different installations here on 2 different cars in the past 4 years. both times the sales staff were great. they actually recommended stuff that was below the price range i was willing to pay because those were just the right products for me. this last time i went there i was exceptionally impressed. i had a new car that a horrible sound system, which was baffling to me. it turns out minis have weird speakers that you can't really just replace without overhauling the whole system and spending serious money. they installed an amp and a sub for around $250 total and it sounds great. he didn't try to sell me on the crazy overhaul job just to make a bigger sale. he worked with my expectations and got me what i wanted. the car sounds great and i'm happy. more

This is the worst place to buy a stereo. Do not go here. Unfortunatly the review field is too small to post my whole story with this horrid company. Basicaly I was sold a unit that was promised to be bluetooth complient with an upgradable module. Later when I wanted to use bluetooth, I found out that they sold me a unit that wasn't complient. I asked for a simple replacement and even offered to pay the difference between the two units even though THEY screwd up. I was told no and was treaded horribly all the way up to the district manager. \r \r my entire story is below. Unfortunalty it's too long for the review field and I can't post links.
